Coming Soon: another empty warehouse?

There's a new CVS opening up on the corner of Park Ave and May Street.  Should I take this article as an ominous sign?

I miss Cactus Pete's and their peanuts.

I really wish they hadn't sold the building. That part of Park Ave is starting to resemble Route 9's strip mall from hell mentality.
